New footpath to the wild Briksdal Glacier

Travelers from all over the world find their way to Briksdalen and Briksdalsbreen Glacier every year. The spectacular scenery with glaciers, waterfalls and one well designed destination with restaurant, souvenir shop, accommodation, parking and toilet facilities, do Briksdalen to a complete tourism product.

It is possible to use 'troll cars' to the glacier, or one can walk the 3 kilometers long gravel roads.

New from 2020 is that a new footpath has been prepared up to the glacier, this will provide a whole new walking experience.

The season in Briksdalen is from approx. April to November.
